Specific service commitments, coverage hours, rates, and operational protocols are detailed in binding service agreements and assignment instructions agreed between the client and Pros Build FM Ltd.

3. License and Website Access

Unless otherwise indicated, Pros Build FM Ltd and/or its licensors hold the intellectual property rights for all materials, branding, and content published on https://prosbuildltd.co.uk. You may view and print pages for your internal business reference, but may not republish, duplicate, or redistribute site content without prior written permission.

4. Client Obligations

Clients contracting security personnel are responsible for ensuring safe site conditions, providing adequate access permissions, keys, or security clearances, and communicating site-specific health and safety hazards before personnel deployment.
